The tanks
The tanks are custom-designed to meet the client’s specific needs, made from PALADEX® pipes, and manufactured using an exclusive technology that combines polyethylene and galvanized steel.
They are available in a wide range of volumes, from 10 to 10,000 cubic meters.
Ideal for the collection and storage of various liquids and materials, they are used for stormwater retention and regulation, potable water storage, and as emergency fire reservoirs.
They can be installed above ground (thanks to their UV protection) on a solid base or underground trenches specifically dug for this purpose. Their reduced weight makes transportation easier.
Each tank stands out for its installation method and location, offering specific advantages depending on the client’s needs, especially in urban areas where space is limited.
The choice between the two depends on the available space, environmental constraints, and specific requirements for access, maintenance, and protection.
Technical information
Above-ground tanks:
- Easy and simple maintenance.
- Easy access for maintenance and monitoring.
- Quick installation, with no complex earthworks required.
- Easy disassembly and transport (without contents).
- No specific infrastructure needed for installation.
Underground tanks:
- Optimized ground space, ideal for dense urban areas.
- Natural protection against extreme climate variations, such as freezing or evaporation.
- Resistance to ground movements, essential in areas prone to earthquakes or landslides.
- Thanks to their high annular rigidity, they can withstand big dynamic and static loads without requiring a thick cover.
Rainwater retention basin / Stormwater basin:
Made from PALADEX® pipes combining polyethylene and galvanized steel.
The rainwater retention basin is designed to collect and store rainwater to prevent flooding. It helps regulate flow and improve water quality before it is released into natural environments. Similarly, the stormwater basin is used to temporarily store water during storms, regulate runoff, and prevent drainage systems from becoming overloaded. Both of these infrastructures play a crucial role in stormwater management and flood protection.
- Unlimited volumes (10 to 10,000 m³).
- Delivered with inspection manholes for maintenance.
- Option for on-site welding.
- Designed with different diameters to reduce transportation costs.
- Lightweight and highly resistant, allowing for quick installation with a minimal protective layer of 60 cm.
- Capable of withstanding high soil loads, resisting movement, and enduring all types of products.
- Delivered with inspection manholes for maintenance.
- Compliant with drinking water standards according to the Health Ministry guidelines and the 2010 sanitary regulations.
- Suitable for both underground and surface use for greater mobility.
- In parallel installations, each tank is equipped with a shut-off valve.
- Underground installation allows for maximum use of the ground surface.
Drinking water retention tank:
Made from PALADEX® pipes combining polyethylene and galvanized steel.
A potable water retention basin is an infrastructure used to temporarily store water before it is treated and distributed for human consumption. It ensures a stable water supply, especially during periods of low water availability or high demand.
- Capacity ranging from 10 to 10,000 m³, with the possibility to assemble multiple independent tanks to increase capacity infinitely.
- Compliant with the Health Ministry’s guidelines.
- Suitable for both underground and surface use, offering greater mobility.
- The underground installation maximizes the use of ground space and provides total protection against weather conditions and other external factors.
- Capable of withstanding high loads and ground movements.
- Easy to maintain and clean.
- Their lightweight design allows for great mobility in case of emergencies.
Water retention system for dairy farms
Made from PALADEX® pipes combining polyethylene and galvanized steel.
A water retention system for dairy farms collects, stores, and manages rainwater and sometimes wastewater, ensuring a constant water supply for agricultural needs (drinking troughs and irrigation) while adhering to environmental standards. This system reduces dependence on the water grid, optimizes water resource management, and prevents the risks of flooding and pollution, offering both economic and environmental benefits for farms.
- Compliant with drinking water standards and the 2010 sanitary regulations.
- Approved by the Milk Council, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Water Authority.
- Subsidized by the Ministry of Agriculture with an 80% reimbursement, based on emergency consumption (150 liters per head of livestock for 3 days).
- Underground installation ensuring a stable water temperature, independent of weather conditions.
- Integrated pump option with fuel tank, ensuring continuous operation for 72 hours.
- Protection against vandalism through underground installation.
- Regular water renewal to guarantee its quality.
- Inspection manhole for maintenance and cleaning.
- Monitoring and control via mobile for remote tracking of the installation.
Emergency Firefighting Tanks:
Made from PALADEX® pipes combining polyethylene and galvanized steel.
An emergency water system provides water for firefighting in hard-to-reach areas. The underground reservoirs, resistant to fire and heavy loads, are strategically placed to facilitate access for emergency services. Available in 60 m³ volumes, they can be combined for larger volumes. Equipped with level sensors, they alert in case of low levels, and pump drainage options can be added for optimal use. Their design allows for great resistance to ground movements, while being easy to maintain and clean, and capable of withstanding 150 bars.
- Guarantees a water reserve in hard-to-reach areas.
- the underground installation protects the reservoirs from weather conditions and vandalism.
- The sensors ensure real-time monitoring.
- The heavy load resistance ensures the reliability of the installation.
