Pumping / Delivery Chambers – Technology and Benefits:
The chambers are made from PALADEX® pipes combining polyethylene and galvanized steel.
This technology gives the pipe a high ring stiffness and low weight, which enables it to withstand high ground loads.
The pipeline is available in 1800-3000 mm in diameter.
The pumping chambers consist of several chambers:
- Pumping chambers – including guides and pumps
- Different volume delay chambers
- Grease separators
Main Applications:
- Sewage pumping chambers: Are designed for use in sewage and underground sewage systems.
- Sewage and drainage delay chambers: Allows for the storage and coordination of the fluid flow in drainage/sewage systems.
Paladex Technology Advantages:
- Smooth internal surface areas: Prevent the solidification of dirt and grease.
- Absolute seal: The chamber consists of one unit without links, which guarantees the prevention of leaks.
- Chemical resistance: The chamber is resistance to various chemical attacks.
- High durability: Excellent resistance to ground movements and changing terrain conditions.
Installation Benefits:
- Low weight: Saves on installation costs and easy to transport and place in the field.
- Installation with electro-mechanical equipment: The chamber is supplied with all the necessary equipment for immediate use.
- Height Safety Flat Surface: In chambers with a height of more than 6 meters a safety flat surface is supplied to maintain employee safety.
The pipeline and chambers are manufactured and approved in compliance with the Israeli Standardization, Standard Mark 5302, which guarantees meting the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Sewage / Delivery Chambers (including guides and pumps)
General Description:
The pumping chambers are based on Paladex piping, a pipe manufactured in a unique technology which combines polyethylene and galvanized steel.
This technology enables the production of high ring stiffness and a low weight which enables it to withstand high ground loads. The pipeline is available in 1800-3000 mm. diameters.
Structure and properties:
- Strength and protection: The pumping chambers are designed with a combination of steel and polyethylene which guarantees high strength and protection from environmental elements.
- Withstanding groundwater: The ability to withstand groundwater loads up to a height of 7.5 meters.
- Entry and Exit Connections: The connections are welded to the wall, which create a completely sealed connection.
- Slanted bottom: The structure of the bottom is slanted in order to concentrate the dirt accumulated and to prevent clogging.
- Built-in Suction Pipe: At the bottom of the tank there is a built-in suction pipe for efficient pumping.
Accompanying Equipment:
- Electro-Mechanical Equipment: The pumping chambers are supplied with all the necessary equipment, including: a step-down ladder, safety flat surface, pump guides and guides to the initial filtration basket.
- Service Hatches: The structure includes service hatches for convenient maintenance.
Tests and Standards:
- Seal Test: The pump chamber leaves the factory after a seal check, and ready for a simple and instant installation on site.
- Meeting Standards: Compliant with standard requirements.
The pumping chambers guarantee a reliable, durable and efficient solution for treating sewage and drainage, with additional benefits in the field of installation and maintenance.
