The separators have high ring stiffness and low weight which enables it to withstand high ground loads. The separators do not require protection with a concrete layer. The separators are manufactured in an unlimited wide range of volumes and for various uses. The oil separators are intended for the separation of oils and fuels using filters prior to flowing them into the drainage system.
The separators are designed for a subterranean or above ground installation and exist at a volume of 80 liters per second and up to 300 liters per second.
Complies with the requirements of Standard EN1825 and the European Standard 858.
Separators are available in a horizontal and vertical form.
Resistance to ground water in a maximal height of up to 7 meters.
The systems are planned and designed according to the designer’s instructions and the conditions of the site.
It is possible to manufacture separators in any configuration in order to comply with the conditions of the specifications.
The separator has an automatic seal system. This system is remotely controlled with an application.

Sludge and collected waste separators:
The waste collected and sludge separators are based on a Paladex piping, a pipe which is manufactured in a unique technology which combines polyethylene and galvanized steel. The separators have a high ring stiffness and a low weight which enables it to withstand high ground loads and do not require protection with a concrete layer. The separators are manufactured in a wide range of volumes without limitations and for various uses. The separators prevent the passage of heavy and floating solids into the sanitation and industrial sewage systems.
The separators reduce the damages to the treatment systems by pre-separation and preventing the shut-down of pumping systems.
The systems are intended for above-ground or underground installation and exist in a capacity volume of 5,000-50,000 liters.
The evacuation of the waste collected and sludge is carried out by pumping or mechanical collection.
The separators are designed and built according to site requirements and the instructions of the planner.
It is possible to manufacture multi-compartment, double-compartment separators and alike.
Spill containment Tanks
Spill containment tanks are based on Paladex piping, a pipe which is manufactured in a unique technology which combines polyethylene and galvanized steel. The spill containment tanks have a high ring stiffness and a low weight which enables it to withstand high ground loads. A couple of spill containment tanks (tank within a tank) in one unit which serve a pooling tanks and spill containment tanks in one integral unit.
The volume of the outer tank is larger than the pooling tank by more than 20%.
Diverse uses for a spill containment tanks – among others:
- Sewage line project which pass over a drilling of Mekorot require means to ensure total protection.
- Storage of hazardous materials.
- Oil storage
- Maintaining a high water temperature during winter
The tanks are available in unlimited storage volume.
The tanks are made from polyethylene and are resistant to a wide range of chemicals.
Available in a vertical and horizontal configuration.
The weight of the tanks is very low and convenient for transport.
The structure of the tanks is galvanized steel coated with polyethylene so there is no need for catholic protection in underground implementation.
The spill containment tank is equipped with hatches for the inspection and emptying of two pooling areas.
